When the Doctors refer our patients to a specialist for further treatment and/or surgery we will co-manage their care with that specialist or surgeon. This allows for both Doctors to exchange information about the care of the patient to provide the best possible care. When the patient is released from the specialist/surgeon the patient will return to our office for any follow-up treatment and care.
